These terms govern use of the customer portal and hosting services from News Targeted Hosting. By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept these terms.

1. The service

We provide managed web hosting on CyberPanel/LiteSpeed with automatic provisioning, SSL, and a customer dashboard. Features and plans may change over time.

2. Account and responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, including 2FA where enabled.
• You are responsible for the content and domains you host on the service.
• You must provide accurate details at registration and billing.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal content, spam, malware, copyright infringement, or activity that harms our infrastructure or other users.

4. Payment and renewal

• Payment is handled through PayPal. Prices are shown in EUR; other currencies are indicative only.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; service runs until the end of the paid period.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment. During suspension, access may be limited until the issue is resolved.

6. Third parties

Payments are handled by PayPal. VPS offers linked from the site are provided by Contabo as a partner; their own terms apply.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect losses or data loss beyond what the law requires.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the portal or by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
